BLOG
A collection of stories, reflections, and lessons from my journey through fashion, creativity, grief, healing, and personal growth.
After losing my mum to suicide, I found myself searching for meaning, connection, and a way back to myself. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of creativity, books, therapy, community, and self-expression.
This space is where I share the ideas, insights, and experiences that have shaped me — from fashion and storytelling to psychology, wellbeing, and the art of becoming.
My hope is that these reflections help you feel a little more connected to yourself, and a little less alone on your own journey.

Chapter 5: Reading
This is how reading helped me reconnect with myself again. It reminded me that other people had experienced heartbreak, love, pain, healing, growth, and transformation too — that I wasn’t alone in this journey.
Chapter 6: Art
Art taught me about being seen. Recently, I visited the Kelly James Marshall exhibition, it reminded me that healing is learning to believe that your story deserves space. That your experiences matter. That your voice matters. And that you deserve to be fully seen, by others — and most importantly, by yourself.
